All glass cleaned inside and out, screens washed and rinsed, tracks vacuumed. Water-fed poles reach up to 5 storeys, so height's rarely an issue. Homes, townhouses, units, and commercial.

Cleaning only one side of the glass highlights the dirt on the other — a sparkling pane next to a dirty one looks worse than two that match. So all initial residential cleans get inside and out done.

Up to 5 storeys with water-fed poles.
Plenty of cleaners won't touch anything above ground level. Water-fed poles handle most of it from the ground; ladders cover the rest. Lift equipment exists for extreme cases but it's almost always avoidable.
