All depends on how much you love clean windows and want to commit to it. Absolute beachfront should be done every 3 months at minimum even if you're not there. If you want to actually enjoy your view, monthly is best - this keeps salt at bay from etching into everything glass. Houses and properties more inland can push back to 6 months minimum; you're not coping the harsh northerlies as much as the beachfront stuff but salt is still carried in the wind and toxic to everything metal. The reality is if the weather conditions are wrong, I can finish your unit and start all over again because the salt air is howling. It's not called salt tax for nothing.

Individual units, absolutely. All glass inside and out, balcony doors, balustrades where they can be reached safely. Building-wide or strata cleans up to 5 storeys are quoted separately - get in touch and it gets scoped for your specific building. Abseiling isn't what I do.

Upper-storey windows and awkward access aren't a problem - the right equipment gets used for whatever the job needs. Plenty of tricks up the sleeves to get to even the toughest of windows with the minimum of disturbance to people and property. If something genuinely can't be accessed safely, I'll have a chat about it on the day.

Centrally located in Nerang - about 20 minutes from Broadbeach (when the light rail construction isn't causing havoc). Been cleaning coastal glass on the Gold Coast for over 15 years - I even remember riding on the old Oasis mono-rail (would have been better than the light rail).
