I aim for a callback within 24 business hours. Peak season can stretch that to 48 hours when the diary's stacked. Form messages and voicemails go through the same queue - first-in, first-back.

Short-notice or urgent - call direct. Voice is the fastest path when you need it sorted today. Anything more considered - sit-at-the-desk enquiry, commercial brief, scheduled job - drop the form. Cleaner detail capture, no time pressure. And there's no harm doing both: phone to flag what's coming, then send the form with your name, email and address typed properly. Saves me squinting at my own half-rinsed scribble trying to spell your suburb back to you.

Yes - that's actually more my regular patch than the southern end of the GC. Hinterland properties up around Tamborine, Canungra and Beechmont get the same coverage as a Broadbeach or Robina job. Quote, schedule, done.
