Yes. I work with property managers and strata committees on regular schedules - monthly, quarterly, or annual depending on the property's needs. Consistent pricing, consistent service, one less thing to think about.
// 02 Can you work outside business hours?
Yes. For retail, hospitality, and office buildings, I can schedule work early mornings, evenings, or weekends to minimise disruption to your tenants and customers.
// 03 Do you provide compliance documentation?
Yes. I can provide certificates of currency, safe work method statements, and completion reports as required. I understand the paperwork that comes with managing commercial properties.
// 04 What areas do you service?
I service the entire Gold Coast region - from Ormeau to Coolangatta and everywhere in between. For larger contracts outside this area, get in touch and I'll discuss options.
// 05 How do you quote commercial jobs?
I visit the site, assess the scope, and provide a detailed quote. For ongoing contracts, I'll often do a full clean first to get everything up to my standard. After I have my base line, I will create a custom plan to keep your facility in top condition, often involving revolving cleaning schedules on specific areas. Some things need cleaning quarterly, and others yearly. By building a plan based on your needs and environment, I maximise use of both my time and your budget. I'm so good at this, I can often make it look like your property defies logic and never gets dirty.
