They don't have to be perfect, but they need to be clean and even - no half-doing one of the services, as it looks worse than the whole thing being dirty. Tight for cash? Get the windows done professionally. Once you see the result, you'll understand why, but it's the biggest impact in any space and a big signal to buyers you're serious about the home.

Ideally a week or two before photos are scheduled, but I can often turn jobs around faster if you're in a pinch - though it may cost a little extra as a rush charge. The earlier you book, the easier it is to lock in your preferred date. I can also stagger services so exterior cleaning is done a few weeks before final prep and the windows get done a couple of days from photos and open homes - just let me know as early as you can.
