// 01 Can you guarantee no scratches?
Absolutely not. As I am the last to touch the windows, I generally get the blame for scratches I have no possibility of making. I'm highly trained and experienced in the safe use of razors, scrapers, and other implements on glass, but some glass arrives from the factory with defects that only show up during cleaning. I'll flag any issues before I start and along the way during cleaning with documentation.

Yes. I work with builders, site supervisors, and homeowners. Sometimes a builder will use a cleaner to 'check the box'; other builders know that if the windows are immaculate, that handover will absolutely blow their clients' expectations out of the water. How much care have your other trades taken? That is the deciding factor. Smaller low-set homes are usually half a day to a full day depending on contamination level. Larger multi-storey homes are multi-day, multi-visit jobs. I recommend getting in touch early and discussing handover date and scaffolding drop days.
