I clean exterior glass that's safely accessible - typically balcony windows and doors I can reach from inside your unit or from the balcony itself. For glass that requires rope access or building infrastructure, that's specialised work outside my scope.
// 02 Can you clean while I'm at work?
Yes. If you can arrange access through your building manager or concierge, or provide a key or code, I can clean while you're out. Just let me know the arrangements when booking.
// 03 Are screens and tracks included?
Not as standard for units - they're often not removable or accessible the same way as in houses. But if you need screens and tracks cleaned, let me know and I can include them in your quote.
// 04 Do you clean balcony balustrades too?
Yes, glass balustrades on your balcony can be included up to certain sizes. I clean both sides where I can safely access them. If you've got balustrades that are only accessible from outside the building, I'll let you know what's achievable.
