Some Windows Can't Be Cleaned - And That's Okay
While I'm really good at what I do and have an almost endless bag of tricks including a water-fed pole system allowing cleaning up to 5 storeys, not every window is accessible. Some are sealed behind fixed louvres, blocked by furniture that can't be moved, or sitting high up behind multiple obstacles.
I flag access issues during initial inspections so there are no surprises, and have the conversation to ensure everyone is on the same page and has the same expectations.

// 01 Can I get just the outside done?
For residential first-time clients, no. I need to do both sides to deliver a quality result. I don't want you to be disappointed in the quality of service, and call me back only to be shown that the dirty window 'missed' is in fact on the side of the glass I didn't clean. Exterior-only is available for commercial, strata, or existing maintenance plan clients.
// 02 How long does it take?
Most 3-4 bedroom low-set homes take 2-3 hours. While I prefer you are home at the start for access and any questions, you don't need to stay home for the entire service - just let me know access and exit details for me to secure the property.
// 03 What if some windows are impossible to reach?
I'll let you know during initial discussions. My water-fed pole systems reach up to 5 storeys, but some windows are blocked by fixed structures, furniture, or safety constraints. If I can't access it safely or cost-effectively, I'll flag it upfront - no surprises.
